Arrrg my problem is converting answers to scientific notation I can take from SN to correct form but...?

I cannot get an answer and make it into SN. like 6.5/3.0012 is 2.165800347 needs to be 2.2x10 to the huh? this is so easy its siiiillllly and I have a brain block.
