Could two and a half men be considered inappropriate for under 14's?

I have watched this since the first series and found it at first to be a very funny and child friendly show that you could safely watch with your son, your dog your mum and your great gran. However over time I have started to notice the odd refrence which would could be considered as ual innuendo and or toilet humour to the point where there is now a reference to pseudo ual innuedo or inferences about bodily functions every second week. Why has the show gone down this path and would it be best if I decided it was no longer a show suitable for all the family?
