Did Sonnen back up all the trash talk MMA?

I mean he pretty much did everything he said he would do. Can you really call Silva a winner and Sonnen a loser. Technically yes but i have to say after seeing the clique put on Silva by Chael is say Sonnen was the better (fighter) out of the two. He rocked Silver in the 1st round and almost put him away. Silva virtually had no answer and was taking a brutal beating up until the last minute where he threw up that triangle choke in desperation.
