What should I buy my mom, who has everything or can buy anything?

I have done the whole family portrait as a surprise, which she loved!! She loves soft throws, but has like 3. Also buys very expensive jewelry for herself all the time. Has plenty of perfumes, like 15 different ones. So I am clueless on what to get her. She got my husband & I a 52" sony flat screen t.v. so you can imagine how hard it is to compete with that. My mom really isn't all about how big the gift is, I know she will love anything. But I want it to be something good even if it isn't pricy. Here are some ideas I had, that I THINK she would use. A day at the spa, some cozy house shoes + a pj set, a collection of cds from one of her favorite artists, yummy smelling candles, or a nice digital camera. All of those she really likes and I think she would use. My best idea I think is a good camera. But that's what we got her last year!!! But it was a sony hand held digital & she's decided she wants one that produce a nicer picture, so we were thinking one with a good lens & much more zoom capability. THOUGHTS? Thank you!!
