Scratch Off Lottery solicitation?

Any1 here do that? Just shop veeeerrrryyy slow in a store eventually some1 is going to come in and buy lotto. 8 times out of 10 they loose and then maybe a few more come play and loose. Then you walk to the counter and get those same tickets they lost and take all their money. Ive done this and had this done to me first so i dont really care. Most i got was $5k out of it some1 took my $500 winner once.
