Americans: What is your response to that your nation is responsible for the death of around 8 million people?

I'm not big on asking for sources, but your accusations are so far out in left field this is the only reasonable answer I can give. I spent many of those years in the armed forces, and to the best of my knowledge, the US was not involved miliarily. Clandestinely there was probably some involvement by the CIA in some of this, but your numbers even surp Hitler's.
