Do you feel pressure in lower stomach when pregnant?

Ive been cramping since ovulation, im late for my period, and now Im noticing a feeling of pressure in my lower stomach. Is this common in early pregnancy? Im taking a test first thing tommorow, but just wanted to see if anyone else experienced this and got a BFP!
