Does this girl really like me now???????!!!!!!?

im a 17 yr old male and ive really been liking this girl at school for a while. i told her before how i felt and she SOMEWHAT liked me back (but not enough to go out with me, YET she said) anyway this past valentines day i gave her a teddy bear, chocolates, and a real nice n sweet card where i told her exactly how i felt n how much i really liked her. i showed it to other girls and they told me it was perfect! so anyway i gave it all to her after school and i havnt really talked to her much since then cuz i havnt seen her really. but ive heard from other people that she REALLY liked my presents. they said she carried the bear with her all day and was hugging it. also that when they asked her who bought her that stuff, she said in a sweet hypnotizing type voice "my name". her friend also told me that she wanted me to call her. also today after school i was by my locker and she ped by ( i didnt see her) and she called my name in a sweet voice and just kept walking....
