Is my Bronchitis getting better or should i see the doctor asap?

Ok here is the deal since Saturday evening i have been feeling sick I lost my appetite i have i had very heard time sleeping my voice has become very weak. And i have start coughing and i had running nose.So anyway on Monday i went to urgent care they told me that it sound like a cold.now on Tuesday i start Develop pain in my left i had coughing green mucus and sneezing.I also i had temp 99.7 in the afternoon then few hours later it went down to 99.3 .On Wednesday i went to the see the doctor Again the doctor listen to my lung the doctor told me that they sound clearer but because i am coughing green mucus the doctor give me azithromycin 250mg because the doctor said that i have infections but it not yet Bronchitis.Now i am already taking the azithromycin 250mg antibiotic for 3days my appetite has come back the sneezing and the chest pain on my left has went away i feel like i have more energy then before i start taking the antibiotic .With that said i still from time to time coughing green mucus i still have green mucus in the nose and throat my voice is not as strong as before i got sick .So should i be worry that is training into something worst then Bronchitis ?Should the antibiotic in 3days that i already took not remove the coughing of green mucus ?? .Btw i am 26years male and i never smoke .Should i go to the doctor on monday or will this green mucus and the rest of this thing go away?
