Jail inmate gets extra 60 days for masturbating in cell. Triumph of justice or stupid waste of time and money?

That is preposterous. Stupid waste of time and money, definitely. Thanks for bringing it to light so more of us could be disgusted by the abuse of power, the waste of time and money, and the foolishness of men -- and I don't mean the inmate.
