Should i get a short haircut?

am a 15 year old guy with hair similar to zac efron, sort of, and i am getting a haircut soon and am wondering what sort of thing to get, please help and describe what you think, if i do get a haircut one of you recomended i will try to post it somewhere. also when i say short i dont mean 3-4 inches long i mean less than 1 inch long
