Why do people still say that John Cena always wins and never loses?

In 2005- 2007, he's really a dominant force, he almost wins all of his PPVs. But since 2008, he's lost some of his PPVs. He lost at WM 24, Backlash 2008, to Triple H (NOC), JBL (GAB), and Batista (Summerslam). His PPV W/L Record 6-5 on 2008 PPVs. And in 2009, he's lost Elimination Chamber in just about 1 minute (No Way Out), LMS to Edge (Backlash), and also to Randy Orton in a Triple Threat match also involving Triple H (NOC 2009). He's already lost 3 PPVs this year. So, why do people still say that John Cena always wins and never loses?
